I am passionate about creating art, embodying authentic expression, and holding a safe space for those things to happen.
For the past 25 years I have been training and honing my abilities to guide others on their journey in connecting to the sensations of their bodies through breath, movement, and mindfulness.
I believe women’s stories need to be shared. We have so much to learn from each other. Which is why I am committed to capturing their portraits. It is an honor for me to reflect back to them the beauty, strength, and courage they posses.
